Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team at H & A Farms LLC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating the packing line to ensure the efficient and quality production of goods. This role involves coordinating with packing line staff, monitoring product quality, and maintaining line speed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the packing line on a daily basis.
• Adhere to proper policies and procedures.
• Maintain the required line speed for efficient production.
• Coordinate packing line staff to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor product quality to meet the required standards.
• Collaborate with packing line staff and Packing Floor Supervisor for workflow coordination.
• Work effectively in a group/team environment.
