Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. We are looking for a skilled individual capable of performing repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial tasks, and pool maintenance for our 296-unit apartment community.

Responsibilities

• Execute various maintenance tasks, including repairs and installations.
• Ensure the property's amenities are well-maintained.
• Work independently or collaboratively with a team.
• Continuously enhance skills and knowledge in the maintenance field.

Requirements

• At least two years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proficiency in various maintenance areas like landscaping, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work with janitorial equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations applicable to maintenance tasks.
