Responsibilities
- Contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
- Legal counsel for competitive solicitations and rule promulgation.
- Representation of DFS divisions in licensee discipline and rule development.
- Litigation in administrative and appellate forums.
- Workers' compensation coverage enforcement, medical reimbursement disputes, and rule challenges.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Bar membership.
- Experience in contract law, litigation, or workers' compensation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
