10- Unable to Sleep Causing Exhaustion and Headaches

When the kidneys are unable to keep up with filtering the toxins from the blood as fast as they need to, there are signs of toxin buildup within the blood.
This can make it difficult for the mind to easily fall asleep, and in some instances, kidney disease has also been linked to sleep apnea.
Sleep apnea occurs when the body stops breathing at night and can last up to a minute. It can occur once or twice a night or several times a night and requires treatment to improve the overall health of the body. This can be shown through snoring, a startle response during sleep, and waking to gasp for air.
When the body is not getting enough oxygen, the cells do not have the proper support and it can lead to anemia and other health concerns as well. Each of these can be a warning sign that the kidneys are not functioning at their best.
