1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments for storage and delivery.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
