1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. If you are someone who is detail-oriented, works well both independently and in a team environment, and can efficiently handle warehouse operations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Contribute to maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products and report any quality or safety concerns.
• Perform tasks efficiently and in compliance with company policies.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
