1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise within the warehouse, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and warehouse leadership. The role also involves participating in warehouse inventory counts, providing input for process improvements, and ensuring product quality and safety standards.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaborates with the team, maintains a positive attitude, drives for success, and organizes and executes efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic proficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Capable of various physical activities such as sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking in diverse warehouse environments.
