Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring timely stocking, organization, and shipment of merchandise.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvement.
- Inspect product quality and safety, reporting issues promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
