1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers a starting wage of up to $24.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay) with an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise in the warehouse to fulfill store orders. You will cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership, participate in inventory counts, and uphold warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team.
