2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, relocating merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. Your role will involve collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and continuous improvement of processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, lift up to 45 pounds, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
