Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations and coordinate with the Attic Manager.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures, sales reconciliation, and deposits.
  • Assist in pricing, displays, and optimizing retail space utilization.
  • Promote Eliza's Attic through social media channels to expand the customer base.
  • Coordinate donation pickups and practice safe handling of items.
  • Support sales activities and communicate updates to the management team.
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and uphold organizational values in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS software.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a team with diverse backgrounds.
  • Prior retail experience and knowledge of antiques are advantageous.
  • Physical abilities to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
