Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and coordinate with the Attic Manager.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, sales reconciliation, and deposits.
- Assist in pricing, displays, and optimizing retail space utilization.
- Promote Eliza's Attic through social media channels to expand the customer base.
- Coordinate donation pickups and practice safe handling of items.
- Support sales activities and communicate updates to the management team.
- Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and uphold organizational values in all interactions.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and POS software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a team with diverse backgrounds.
- Prior retail experience and knowledge of antiques are advantageous.
- Physical abilities to handle tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
