Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join Civista Wealth Management, a division of Civista Bank. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting Financial Advisors and the Management Team by providing exceptional administrative skills, fostering relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of Civista Bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to internal Financial Consultants to build relationships with Civista Wealth Management.
  • Assist Civista Wealth Management clients to ensure ongoing relationship building.
  • Facilitate monthly audits of accounts to meet compliance expectations.
  • Engage in personal development to enhance compliance understanding.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned to support key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in trust, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work with computer screens and concentrate under varying conditions.
  • Professional communication skills both in person and over the phone.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
