As the Assistant Manager, you will work alongside the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage costs, inventory, and cash flow, and maintain excellent customer relations. Responsibilities

  • Assist the General Manager in coordinating and leading the team.
  • Ensure cost controls, inventory management, and cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Mentor team members to develop their skills and prepare them for managerial roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Recruit and train new team members.
  • Manage staffing, paperwork, food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service.
