Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at the Emergency Department of Northwest Hospital, a part of LifeBridge Health. In this role, you will have 24-hour accountability for coordinating resources to ensure top-quality service for our patients, in line with our hospital's mission and philosophy.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff in delivering excellent patient care.
- Ensure efficient coordination of resources for optimal service delivery.
- Implement clinical nursing interventions effectively.
- Assess patient status and modify symptoms as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal education.
- Bachelor's in Nursing, National Certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing or related experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, CPR and BLS Certification.
