Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health. As an RN Leader, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients during the night shift from 7:00pm to 3:30am.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with the hospital's mission.
- Assess patient status and implement clinical nursing interventions effectively.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience.
- Maryland RN License, CPR, and BLS certifications.
