Job Description
LifeBridge Health is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join the Emergency Department team at Northwest Hospital. This full-time position offers a night shift schedule from 7:00pm to 3:30am. As an RN Leader, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that treats major and minor illnesses, provides rapid care for minor illnesses, and offers exceptional patient care services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resources to ensure quality service delivery in alignment with the hospital's mission and philosophy.
- Assess patient status and implement nursing interventions effectively.
- Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal knowledge; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience in a related field.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License, CPR, and BLS Certification.
