Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) to join our team at Aspire Health Partners in Cocoa, FL. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care, maintaining a safe environment, and supporting the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality patient care and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
- Assist in admissions, conduct regular client rounds, and document any changes in behavior
- Support therapy and nursing staff in group activities and daily unit management
- Administer medication, document treatment details, and communicate effectively with the program team
- Maintain program compliance and participate in necessary training and staff meetings
- Monitor social activities of clients as directed by supervisors
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BLS Certification preferred
- Must pass a Level II Background clearance and have a valid Driver's License
