Job Description
Great Strides Holdco Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Callahan, FL. As a BCBA, you will work with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to children aged 2-18 in clinical and community settings. This position offers the opportunity to grow in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, with mentorship and training provided for all levels of experience.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee programs for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide individual and group instruction to children to support their development.
- Collaborate with families and schools to ensure a holistic approach to intervention.
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- Background check clearance.
- Prior experience in pediatric ABA field preferred.
