In this role, you will provide technical support, cake decorating training, and marketing strategies to client accounts. Responsibilities

• Train in-store bakery personnel on cake decorating techniques and baking procedures.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies for a range of bakery products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of cake decorating and baking experience, preferably in a grocery store setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
