Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living

At Sunrise, our Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services to a consistent group of residents and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities.
• Notify management of changes in resident condition.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist residents in life skills and enriching activities.
• Maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• High School diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions in residents' best interest.
