Your responsibilities will include building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Additionally, you will participate in developing individual service plans, maintaining safety standards, and promoting a high-quality living environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families
• Assist with activities of daily living and individual care needs
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with regulations
• Provide dining assistance and maintain hospitality standards

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility in duties
• High School diploma/GED, certifications may be required
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Good judgment and decision-making abilities
