As a Caregiver, you will play a significant role in helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Embrace a compassionate and patient approach to support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
