Job Description
We are looking for a proactive CDL Driver Class B to join our team at Orica in Macon, NC. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for operating plant and equipment to provide blasting products and services to our customers while ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities
- Operate Mobile Mixing Unit and maintain equipment.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Drive emulsion tanker and box trucks safely.
- Handle raw materials and dangerous goods according to standards.
- Participate in safety meetings and reporting procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of driving and/or materials handling experience.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and math skills.
- Physical ability to load product and handle equipment.
- Class B CDL required, Class A a plus.
