Job Description
Orica is looking for a CDL Driver Class B in Macon, NC, to join our team. As a driver, you will operate plant and equipment, providing blasting products and services to customers in a safe and environmentally conscious manner. This full-time position offers competitive benefits and a Monday - Friday schedule, with home every night.
Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Operate tanker trucks and box trucks.
- Comply with DOT regulations and handle materials safely.
- Participate in safety meetings and incident reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of driving and/or material handling experience.
- Class B CDL required, Class A CDL is a plus.
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsements preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
