Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians at Centria Autism. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing personalized behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Utilizing evidence-based techniques, you will focus on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing interfering behaviors.

Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans for children with autism.
- Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
- Work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Ensure safe and effective interaction with children.
Requirements
- Passionate about helping children with autism.
- Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
- 18+ years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification, and Tuberculosis test.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
