Job Description

The personal trainer will be a key team member at VASA Fitness, responsible for providing an exceptional training experience through the UPLIFT values and a supportive approach in every session. The role involves prioritizing, planning, and executing tactics to acquire and retain clients, delivering complimentary training sessions, and creating a supportive, connected community for all clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of new and retention of existing clientele.
• Schedule and deliver complimentary PT sessions for existing VASA members.
• Agile training approach, adjusting exercise programming to fit the exact needs of each client.
• Create an approachable environment in and around the Personal Training Cage.
• Create a supportive, connected community for all clients utilizing VASA programs, tools & resources.
