Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Charge Nurse to join the Webb Adult Clinic team at Denver Health. As a Charge Nurse, you will supervise the daily clinical operations, provide patient care and education, coordinate with the healthcare team, and ensure excellence in patient safety and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and provide guidance to clinical staff.
• Assess patient needs, provide education, and collaborate on care plans.
• Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care.
• Administer medication, document patient information, and conduct reassessments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing and RN license required.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience in a patient care setting.
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
