Child Care Team Lead

Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to care for and ensure the safety and well-being of the children of VASA members and guests. The CCTL will also oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the KidCare center while delivering fun and entertaining programs for the children.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing, training, and upholding KidCare standards to ensure the safety and well-being of mini members.
• Ensure the execution of fun and entertaining programming for KidCare programs.
• Manage operating costs and oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the KidCare center.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, coach, and support ongoing team member development.
