Child Care Team Lead

Job Description

The Child Care Team Lead (CCTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to care for and safeguard the well-being of the children of our members and guests during their visits to VASA. This role involves creating a welcoming environment in KidCare, ensuring the safety of children, delivering fun and entertaining programs, and maintaining a clean and well-organized area.

Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training by forecasting upcoming staffing needs and facilitating training for new Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Uphold KidCare standards, ensuring everyone feels welcome and driving policy execution, managing operating costs, and ensuring mini members can participate in fun, entertaining programming.
• Ensure safety of mini-members through proper check-in/out procedures, hourly safety scans, and maintaining a clean and organized KidCare center.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team, establish a culture within the team that adheres to our core values, and attract, hire, coach, and maximize the engagement of the operations team at their club.
• Coach and support ongoing team member development, building trust and strong relationships with all team members and providing coaching that inspires commitment.
