Job Description

We are looking for a Counter Sales representative to join the team at Harbor Rental And Saw Shop. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with product selection, building and maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and help with product selection.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Inform customers about product details and provide small project estimates.
• Process orders, payments, and returns efficiently.
• Assist with store organization and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer challenges promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of construction materials preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in building materials is a plus.
