Responsibilities

  • Maintain customers' accounts and updated information.
  • Contact customers for lease agreement renewals.
  • Persuade customers on the benefits of timely payments.
  • Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and product deliveries.
  • Support the Sales Team as needed.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older with a valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to work varying hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Retail/customer service experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
