Job Description
We are looking for a talented Diesel Mechanic to join our team at First Student, the largest school transportation provider in North America. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and repairs on school buses.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle components including brakes, suspensions, and drivetrains.
- Ensure accurate completion of work orders.
- Participate in mobile emergency services as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and willingness to obtain CDL.
- 5 years of experience in automotive or diesel maintenance, or technical school education.
- Own a mechanic's tool set and willingness to pursue ASE certifications.
- Subject to a drug test.
