Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Director of Customer Development to lead our team at CROSSMARK. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and shopper engagement, fostering strong relationships with the retailer's leadership. You will drive revenue growth, explore new opportunities, and maintain a high level of professionalism representing CROSSMARK.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of retailer P&L items, including revenue and expenses.
  • Provide leadership to team members, fostering a positive growth environment.
  • Drive growth for CROSSMARK HQ clients exceeding retailer standards.
  • Enhance business relations with the serviced retailer.
  • Identify non-traditional growth opportunities beyond HQ services.
  • Evaluate Customer Managers' performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Implement client plans effectively to maximize value.
  • Communicate customer insights across relevant positions at CROSSMARK.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify promotion and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in the CPG industry with 2 years in headquarter selling.
