Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated District Manager to supervise and guide a team of retail service merchandisers in a regional territory. As a key point of contact, you will ensure projects are completed on time and in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and support to retail merchandisers as the primary company liaison.
  • Monitor project completions within the region, ensuring all account calls are fulfilled promptly to meet monthly goals.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly to the retail team and address any inquiries from Account Management.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Director on issues related to Service Representatives' performance and compliance.
  • Adhere to established company policies and procedures and maintain detailed records of communication with the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Team player attitude with the capacity to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, energetic, and self-motivated with a creative approach to problem-solving.
