Job Description
At VASA Fitness, we are looking for an upbeat, diligent, and organized General Manager who can drive the club toward results. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for directing operations and sales at a VASA location. Your role will involve building a team of results-driven, culture-based club leads and driving operational goals and priorities. You will also ensure the development and maintenance of our 'UPLIFT' culture in the club.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the pace, financial performance, and consistency in the club.
- Drive operational goals, objectives, and priorities for lead roles and responsible for the attainment of club financial results.
- Hire and develop the club team with emphasis on lead positions.
- Communicate, uphold, and deliver the 'House of VASA' approach, purpose, and foundation.
- Manage a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club.
