Global Marketing Manager

Job Description

Astrophysics Inc., a global leader in X-Ray security inspection systems, is seeking a highly experienced Global Marketing Manager to join our team in City of Industry, California. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, international exposure, and a proven track record of successful global marketing campaigns in the security industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global marketing strategies in collaboration with HQ management and regional offices.
• Lead and mentor Marketing Managers to execute localized marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to drive successful omni-channel marketing campaigns.
• Oversee brand management, public relations, and participation in industry events to enhance company visibility.
• Create and manage marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the security industry.
• Proven ability to lead global marketing teams and execute successful campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% internationally.
