Job Description
The Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL) at VASA Fitness is responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience that maximizes studio and group fitness usage. The GFSTL will build and maintain competitive and convenient class schedules, energizing members and creating a strong sense of community. They are responsible for recruiting top talent, driving exceptional member experiences, and delivering world-class member service.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting and Staffing top talent to drive club traffic and member engagement
- Achieving Results, Maximizing STUDIO/Group Fitness Usage through analysis of business performance
- Delivering a World-Class Member Experience, ensuring equipment and technology are in top condition and SOPs are executed flawlessly
- Training, Coaching and Supporting Ongoing Instructor Development to inspire commitment and continued development of instructors and coaches
- Creating Connection and delivering exceptional experiences that motivate, uplift, and create community
