Newport Hospitality Group, Inc. is looking for a Hotel Director of Sales for the Courtyard West Orange, NJ location. As our Sales Superhero, you will lead the property's sales activities through the Marketing Plan, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability. Your passion, positive attitude, and creativity will drive revenue production and exceed planned objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and direct sales activities through the Marketing Plan.
• Maximize customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Ensure revenue objectives are met or exceeded for RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and fun personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to think creatively and help customers buy rather than sell.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
