Job Description
New Western is seeking a licensed Investment Real Estate Acquisition Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry. As an Acquisition Agent, you will be responsible for identifying properties with potential for increased value through renovation or strategic investment strategies. You will leverage your knowledge of real estate terms such as ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling to acquire off-market and on-market properties, contributing to our diverse inventory.
