Responsibilities
- Identify off-market and on-market properties for acquisition.
- Analyze market trends and data to make informed investment decisions.

- Collaborate with in-house marketing team and sales agents to maximize property sales.
Requirements
- Active Alabama real estate license.
- Strong deal-making and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently on a commission basis.
