Lead Child Care Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Child Care Specialist to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Child Care Team Lead (CCTL), you will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team to care for and safeguard the well-being of the children of our members and guests during their visits to VASA. You will ensure that everyone who enters KidCare feels welcome, maintain a safe environment for our mini-members, and deliver fun and entertaining programs. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring the KidCare area is sparkling clean and well-maintained. The CCTL role is a non-exempt, hourly position, and compensation is $16.95 per hour. Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Uphold KidCare standards, ensure mini-members feel welcome, and manage operating costs.
• Oversee fun and entertaining programming and flawless playbook execution for KidCare.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of mini-members and maintain a sparkling clean KidCare area.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, lead ongoing team member development, and drive accountability.
