Job Description

The Lead Childcare Specialist at VASA Fitness is a vital role responsible for building and developing a high-performing team that cares for and safeguards the well-being of the children of VASA’s members and guests during their visits.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training, uphold KidCare standards, and ensure the safety of mini members.
• Drive a policy execution, manage operating costs to meet mini-members’ needs, and ensure they have access to fun, entertaining programming.
• Ensure the KidCare center is clean, well-maintained, and all equipment and toys are fixed and in optimal condition.
• Perform hourly safety scans to monitor the well-being of mini members.
• Establish a culture within the team that adheres to VASA Fitness’ core values and drives accountability.
• Attract, hire, coach, and maximize the engagement of the operations team at the club.
• Provide coaching and support ongoing team member development across all levels of the organization.
