Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist (PT) following state guidelines.
- Assist in patient assessment and referral for appropriate rehabilitative services.
- Accurately document patient progress and ensure compliance with treatment plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary orders for treatments and certifications.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited program with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by APTA.
- Hold a current state license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
