Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines. You will play a crucial role in assisting PTs, documenting patient progress, and ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under PT supervision.
- Assist PT in patient identification and referrals for rehab.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Ensure MD orders are obtained for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Complete all required documentation according to state guidelines.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in-state.
