We are currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehabilitation services as needed.
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and orders are completed according to state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
• Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant as required by state regulations.
