Job Description
Courtyard Flint is seeking a dedicated Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of equipment and facilities at our hotel. Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment on site.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks for guest rooms, including minor repairs and touch-ups.
- Conduct maintenance for ice machines, refrigerators, HVAC systems, and other hotel facilities.
- Address plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, and other related tasks.
- Respond promptly to alarms, assess emergency situations, and report findings to the Front Desk.
- Complete any other assigned tasks as directed by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure in a trade such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license for the state and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record are necessary.
