Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, touch-up paint, minor furniture repairs, and more.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on a range of equipment including HVAC systems, kitchen appliances, and ice machines.
- Handle plumbing repairs, monitor energy conservation, and respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Trade licenses such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or carpentry are advantageous.
- Valid driver's license for the state of employment is a must.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record.
