Job Description
Christopher Community, Inc. (CCI) is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the FNR team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the grounds and performing various repair tasks for our housing units across Upstate New York.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Mow lawns, trim weeds, and perform landscaping tasks.
- Remove trash, shovel snow, and maintain cleanliness of the property.
- Complete repair assignments including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Respond to emergency maintenance needs in a timely manner.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2-5 years of related work experience.
- Technical/trade background in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical is desirable.
- Valid Class D driver's license required.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
