Job Description
POAH Communities is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for our residents. You will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks, addressing repairs promptly, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Insure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose and perform minor maintenance/repairs.
- Coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
- Keep grounds neat and clean.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
- High School diploma or GED required; HVAC certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance coverage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call.
- Knowledge and skill in using tools and equipment.
