Job Description
The Member Experience Specialist (MES) at VASA Fitness is responsible for delivering a fun and meaningful experience to members and guests during their visits. This includes greeting members and guests in a friendly manner, creating personal connections, ensuring timely resolution of issues, organizing equipment, and maintaining cleanliness. The MES team is also responsible for creating a great first impression of VASA Fitness, promoting memberships, driving upgrades, and conducting tours for guests and members.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
- Greet guests and members with a smile, eye contact, and courteous tone.
- Anticipate guest and member needs and respond by providing clear direction, accurate information, and support through technology.
- Promote and sell memberships, help members upgrade, book personal training consultations, and sign members up for personal training.
- Share member feedback with leadership and collaborate with the team to implement ideas for improving the guest and member experience.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, including guest and member check-in processes, cleaning, restocking, and processing sales.
